Phoenix Instinct travel and daily use wheeled bags are purpose designed to be wheelchair compatible. Phoenix bags carry all the weight through their own wheels so your wheelchair won’t tip back even with a heavy bag attached. Fitted with multi-directional wheels your Phoenix bag will move perfectly with your wheelchair. Moving your luggage or groceries has never been easier. We ship worldwide from our base in Scotland.

VAT for UK customers will be removed at checkout by completing the VAT declaration.

Payment Methods

We use SagePay (Opayo) secure payment gateway for worldwide debit and credit card payments, including Amex, Visa and Mastercard. Payment can also be made via Paypal, either through a PayPay account or using credit/debit cards. UK customers may also choose to use Klarna using a ‘Pay in 30 days’ or ‘3 interest- free instalments’ method.

We have launched the brand new Phoenix System bags for travel, shopping and daily use. System bags feature a separate trolley and bag so you can fit the right bag for any task to your trolley. The very useful wheelchair compatible trolley ships with your first bag and can even be used on its own to move awkward objects, you will only need one Phoenix System trolley. Lightweight and easy to store system bags are sold individually making it easy to grow your bag collection.
